Digital Autonomy Assessment brings the Utrecht University Digital Autonomy Assessment Framework (DAAF) into Turbo EA, at the Application level.
It adds a Digital Autonomy section to every Application card - 22 weighted indicators across three levels (risk exposure, mitigation capacity, strategic importance), each scored 1-5 against the original DAAF rubric with inline guidance. Level aggregates and a 1-10 autonomy score are calculated automatically, and a Reports -> Digital Autonomy quadrant plots every application on Risk x Importance vs Mitigation (Optimal / Manageable / Attention / Critical). Survey the responsible people with a ready-made 9- or 22-indicator template.
Based on the Digital Autonomy Assessment Framework by Utrecht University (Tim van Neerbos), reproduced under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 and adapted to run natively inside Turbo EA. The multilingual rubric and help text come from the DAAF project. Because the framework is non-commercial, this extension is distributed free of charge.
